Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at Wakefield MDC small Children's Homes. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for supporting the management of our homes and ensuring the well-being of our young residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Relate and communicate effectively with children, young people, their carers, and other professionals.
- Contribute to the support and supervision of staff, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports, demonstrating strong literacy and numeracy skills.
- Assess needs and develop care plans in conjunction with partner agencies, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our young people.
- Work effectively under pressure, making informed decisions to ensure the smooth operation of our homes.
