FRS Ltd is seeking an experienced Accounts professional to join their team as a Bookkeeper. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the purchase and sales ledger, journal posting, annual budget preparation, and cash flow monitoring.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transactional finance, with experience working with external accountancy firms to produce month-end accounts. They will also be responsible for creditor reconciliations and journals, raising customer invoices, and chasing late payments.

Additionally, the Bookkeeper will assist with payroll, including weekly and monthly salaries, pension matters, and P11D, P60 information. They will also be responsible for preparing and sending VAT returns and assisting with audit.

The successful candidate will be a team player, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with the MD. They will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the finance function and will be expected to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
