Join Our Team as a Lettings Partner in Oadby & Wigston

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Partner to join our team in Oadby & Wigston. As a Lettings Partner, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, providing exceptional customer service to our clients, and driving sales and lettings growth in the area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and improve operational and financial results in your designated area
  • Develop and implement short, medium, and long-term initiatives to increase profitability
  • Ensure legal and commercial compliance within your area
  • Engage in local marketing initiatives to promote our brand and services
  • Work independently to maintain the brand's reputation and build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and our Property Management and Operations teams
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in the Residential Lettings industry with a strong knowledge of the local market
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively unsupervised, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to build and sustain long-term performance through book growth and revenue maximization
  • Strong knowledge of marketing and the marketing cycle, with the ability to provide constructive advice to landlords
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders
What We Offer:
  • Basic salary up to £32,000 per year (dependent on experience)
  • On-target earnings of up to £70,000 per year
  • Fully uncapped commission scheme
  • Guaranteed monthly commission amount while building your pipeline
  • Remote working options, with a company car and mobile phone and laptop provided
  • Dedicated training and coaching, with a branch network to support your ongoing development
