About the RoleAs a Lettings Partner, you'll be responsible for managing a designated area, driving profitability, and ensuring compliance with legal and commercial requirements. You'll work closely with our Property Management and Operations teams to deliver outstanding results and build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and improve operational and financial performance in your designated area
- Develop and implement short, medium, and long-term initiatives to drive profitability
- Ensure compliance with legal and commercial requirements
- Engage in local marketing initiatives to promote our brand and services
- Work independently and take responsibility for maintaining a strong brand reputation
- Collaborate with peers to build networks and relationships, identifying opportunities for referrals and growth
- Implement and ensure compliance with operational planning and financial control systems
- Maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders
To succeed in this role, you'll need to demonstrate a strong track record in the residential lettings industry, with a proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service and drive results. You'll be a self-starter who can work effectively unsupervised, building strong internal and external relationships. You'll also have a reputation for delivering exceptional customer service, a hunger to earn, and a drive to work hard and reap the rewards from your dedication.
