Job Summary:

Bethnal is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join its growing MI and Analytics team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting business-critical decision making by analyzing and interpreting complex data sets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Design and implement reports in Power BI to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Reporting and Visualization: Create user-friendly reports and dashboards that effectively communicate data findings to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Data Quality and Governance: Ensure data consistency and quality by performing error analysis and testing, with corresponding documentation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with technical and non-technical colleagues to successfully deliver projects and meet business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a data-driven role with proven ability in using Excel and/or business intelligence tools.
  • Technical Skills: Good Power BI knowledge and the Power BI Stack, strong SQL skills (data extraction and enrichment using advanced functions), and a solid foundational understanding of relational databases.
  • Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, strong time management skills, and the ability to work creatively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
