As a Sustainability and Impact Lead at Morden College, you will play a key role in driving our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) goals. Our mission is to provide services that support our residents to live independent and healthy lives.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in monitoring and evaluating social impact and implementing sustainable practices. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing a system for monitoring our social impact as a provider of housing support and other services to older people.
  • Leading the development of data collection work to evaluate our social and environmental impacts and set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and implement sustainable solutions that meet our ESG goals.

You will also be responsible for setting clear, coherent, and prioritized actions to reduce environmental impact and greenhouse gas emissions.

We estimate the salary for this role to be between £55,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
