About the Position:

We are seeking a Graduate Learning Assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a Psychology or Criminology graduate to gain valuable experience in a school setting while supporting students with special educational needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEND legislation and policies, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  1. Support students with SEND through individual and group sessions.
  2. Liaise with teaching staff and other professionals to develop personalized support plans.

Essential Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Criminology.
  • An enhanced DBS check.
  • Knowledge of SEND legislation and policies.

Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.
