IFA Support Specialist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced IFA Support Specialist to join a leading Independent Wealth Management Advisory Firm based in Leeds.
As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support to experienced Advisers who offer complex advice on Pensions and Investments to High Net Worth Clients.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience working within financial services, a strong knowledge of Investment and Pension products, and excellent communication skills.
The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Process new business and maintain accurate records
- Liaise with clients, providers and other 3rd parties to resolve queries and issues
- Deal with Letters of Authority (LOAs) and obtain valuations and illustrations as required
- Carry out technical research to support the existing arrangement review process
- Prepare basic suitability reports for clients
- Ensure all relevant compliance paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently
