Are you a skilled Total Reward specialist with a strong track record of success in a fast-paced commercial organisation? We are seeking an experienced professional to shape the future of our reward strategies and wellbeing programs across the UK and Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement UK & Ireland-specific reward policies, sales incentives, and retention programs that drive business results.
- Monitor and analyse UK & Ireland market trends to inform competitive reward strategies.
- Design and manage company benefits programs, wellbeing initiatives, and benefits portfolios that meet the evolving needs of our business.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide reward insights and expertise, supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Contribute to reward digitalisation efforts and leverage analytics to drive data-driven reward decisions.
Requirements:
- Proven expertise in Total Reward management, with a strong knowledge of the UK market.
- Strong benefits program design, reward strategy, and administration skills.
- Excellent communication, training, and presentation skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, as well as familiarity with job evaluation methodologies.
- Understanding of UK & Ireland labour laws, budgeting, and project management.
