Your Role
As a Kitchen Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen and back of house areas. This will include:
- Ensuring the kitchen, refuse areas, and relevant stores, corridors, and equipment are cleaned and maintained to the highest degree of cleanliness.
- Using cleaning agents and equipment within the perimeters of COSHH Legislation.
- Following all food safety and health and safety guidelines.
- Assisting in the preparation of food.
