About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Kitchen Porter to join our team at Apex Hotels in Bath. As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and back of house facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the delivery of exceptional brand standards and maintain immaculate kitchen and back of house facilities.
- Ensure the kitchen, refuse areas, and relevant stores, corridors, and equipment are cleaned and maintained to the highest degree of cleanliness.
- Follow all food safety and health and safety guidelines.
- Assist in the preparation of food and provide excellent attention to detail to provide consistent standards.
