Senior Planning Lawyer Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious lawyer to join our client's team as a Senior Planning Lawyer. The role offers a unique opportunity to work on complex planning matters, including planning appeals and judicial reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full range of development management work, including advice on enforcement, applications, and appeals.
  • Attend planning committee meetings and provide advice.
  • Work on planning policy and community infrastructure levy.
  • Lead on court challenges, including statutory and judicial reviews.
  • Assist with development consent order processes and planning-based compulsory purchase work.
