About the Role:

As a Business Development Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive sales growth. Your key objectives will include:

  • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Developing and executing plans to introduce new clients to our services
  • Collaborating with our senior management team to drive sales growth

Your Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be working closely with our senior management team to drive sales growth. You will be expected to:

  • Build strong relationships with existing clients to upsell and cross-sell our services
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and research
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop targeted campaigns to attract new clients

The Ideal Candidate:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A minimum of 2+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • A high level of emotional intelligence and self-awareness
  • A results-driven approach to sales

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus benefits and a bonus structure based on performance.
