Are you dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for others?

We are a dynamic organization committed to delivering assistance to individuals with varied interests and activities, such as swimming, equestrian activities, and social engagement.

Your role will involve supporting individuals with their everyday activities, fostering independence, and delivering essential care.

Ideal candidates should be prepared to work a variety of shifts, including overnight responsibilities.

Available Shift Patterns:

  • 8 am - 4 pm
  • 10 am - 6 pm
  • 8.30 am - 3 pm
  • 8 am - 3 pm
  • 4 pm - 9 pm
  • 4 pm - 10 pm
  • 3 pm - 10 pm

We also seek staff for overnight shifts (11 pm - 11 am).

Your responsibilities will encompass assisting individuals with daily routines, personal hygiene, medication management, and social inclusion.

While prior experience with autism and relevant qualifications are beneficial, they are not essential.

An enhanced PVG check is a prerequisite for this role.
