About the Role

The Business Manager will be responsible for managing the KYC S2F team, ensuring the collection of necessary information from clients and maintaining the completeness of KYC Corporate files. They will also support WRMs in executing remediation of third-party compliance data and provide technical expertise to the team.



Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the KYC S2F team, ensuring the delivery of excellent client onboarding and KYC periodic reviews
  • Implement priorities defined by the Filière Tiers, Client lifecycle & data management team, and FCS HO
  • Ensure the proper completion of tasks (quality and deadline) and achievement of objectives via KPIs
  • Support WRMs in executing remediation of third-party compliance data
  • Provide technical expertise to the team
  • Act as a key stakeholder in the KYC data governance & London KYC Committee
  • Lead/support any required initiative or project


Requirements

  • Expertise with the KYC regulatory, compliance, and legal requirements
  • Very good financial knowledge (industry and products)
  • Ability to communicate clearly and easily, including in writing
  • Quality & efficiency oriented
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Access


Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have opportunities for personal and professional growth within a dynamic and collaborative work environment where diversity is celebrated.
