About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Parts Advisor to join our team at the PartsPlus Distribution Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for receiving and processing telephone and internet orders, ensuring seamless customer service and integration with other departments.
Key Responsibilities- Process and manage customer orders with precision and attention to detail.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve smooth operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, to manage and analyze data.
