About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Assistant to join our team at Ross-shire Engineering Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, and will work closely with clients to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain control of documents and procedures to encourage best practice and raise quality awareness across all levels of the business.
  • Promote quality achievement, performance, and continual improvement throughout the organisation.
  • Perform required ISO:9001 audits and assist with auditing to ISO:14001 and ISO:45001.
  • Work closely with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Collate and analyse performance data and KPIs against defined parameters to ensure that targets are achieved.
Requirements
  • Degree qualified, preferably within an Engineering or Scientific field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must have flexibility to attend site visits and work from other RSE offices.
  • Have proficient interpretation skills for figures, statistics, regulations, and policies.
  • Be strategic, methodical, logical, and detailed oriented.
