About the Role
Lantra, a leading awarding body for land-based industries, is seeking a highly skilled Farming Connect Data Analyst to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of the Farming Connect project by providing detailed and accurate data analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide effective data analysis and recording for the Farming Connect project.
- Analyse beneficiary data, providing weekly and monthly statistics on project progress and outcomes.
- Ensure all data is accurately captured and reported.
- Lead on BAS/BOSS reporting of activity, producing weekly reports.
- Manipulate data linked to Accredited Training funding applications and all Lot 2 activity.
- Prepare data and stats for monthly Contract Management meetings and Dashboards.
- Complete data capture sheets for Welsh Government claims.
- Support certification and related paperwork for the Farming Connect Animal Health and Welfare workstream.
Requirements
- Experience of working with Excel and interrogating data.
- Experience with project co-ordination.
- Experience of working with most relevant IT software packages.
- Competency in the use of lookups and pivot tables in Excel, as well as working with formulas.
- The ability to assist and represent the team with presenting data in meetings.
- The ability to work well in a team and share knowledge.
- Good attention to detail alongside technical proficiency, with the ability to solve problems quickly.
- To be highly computer literate.
