In a fast-paced environment where quality meets passion, MM Flowers is seeking a highly skilled Cash Flow Expert to drive revenue collection success. Based in our state-of-the-art facility in Alconbury, Huntingdon, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a real impact on our business.

We require a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in sales and/or purchase ledger, preferably with knowledge of SAP Business by Design or S/4 HANA. Strong Excel skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential. This role comes with a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our customer invoice to cash collection process, providing second-line support and escalation for AR Administrators, and driving process improvements through automation and innovation. They will also maintain accurate financial records, perform cash flow forecasting, and contribute to our Finance Systems Transformation projects.
