We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Art Education Specialist to join our faculty at Wayman Learning Trust.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of designing and delivering engaging art lessons that foster creativity, experimentation, and critical thinking in students of all ages.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement curriculum-aligned art programs that meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Cultivate a stimulating learning environment that encourages students to explore their artistic voice and develop a comprehensive understanding of art history, techniques, and contemporary art movements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create interdisciplinary projects and enhance the overall learning experience.
  • Contribute to the school's arts program by organizing exhibitions, workshops, and extracurricular activities.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Possesses Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Art or a closely related discipline.
  • Demonstrates a strong passion for art and a captivating teaching style.
  • Excels in communication, interpersonal skills, and classroom management.
  • Fosters a positive and inclusive learning environment that celebrates diversity and individual creativity.
  • Holds a steadfast commitment to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing.
  • Has a strong understanding of contemporary art movements and a passion for inspiring students to explore their own artistic voices.

What We Offer:
