Head of Visual Arts Education Position

CV-Library is seeking a highly skilled and motivated educator to lead our Visual Arts department. As Head of Visual Arts Education, you will be responsible for shaping the curriculum, inspiring students, and driving excellence in teaching and learning.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of a dynamic and challenging curriculum that fosters creativity and innovation.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create effective schemes of work and lesson plans that promote high standards of teaching and learning.
- Provide guidance and support to staff members to ensure they have the necessary tools to excel in their roles.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Hold a relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed).
- Possess a strong background in visual arts education (e.g., fine art, design, drama).
- Demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.

Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate can expect a salary between £38,000 - £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus a range of benefits including professional development opportunities and career advancement possibilities.
