Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and driven individual to support our clients in finding top talent. As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and use your expertise to identify and attract the best candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients in defining their recruitment requirements and developing job descriptions
- Source and attract top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on their skills, experience, and fit with the client's organization
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability
- Provide regular updates and insights to clients on the progress of their recruitment campaigns
Requirements
- Previous experience in recruitment or a related field is highly beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Right to remain or Settlement status for the UK is required for this role, as we are unable to offer sponsorship
