About the Opportunity

Founders Factory is seeking an exceptional entrepreneur to lead the development of Virtuals, a groundbreaking social media platform that leverages generative AI to create immersive, personalized experiences for users and brands.

This is a unique chance to build a business from scratch, with a £500k investment in cash and services, including a founder stipend, specialist resources, and infrastructure budget.

The Challenge

Virtuals aims to disrupt traditional social media models by giving users more control and ownership of the content they create and consume. The platform will enable brand-safe activations and deep audience engagement through AI-driven content, while leveraging generative AI to create new forms of creative expression and social interaction.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in developing products around social media, with expertise in AI tools, AI characters/chatbots, and AI models. They will also have a deep understanding of human psychology, social dynamics, storytelling, branding, and consumer psychology.
