Job Title: Business Support Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Assistant to join our team at Triumph Consultants Ltd.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a professional and empathetic manner.
  2. Record and update customer information and interactions using our systems and databases.
  3. Achieve high accuracy in data input onto all aspects of work.
  4. Collect, collate, and disseminate statistical data relevant to our service unit.
  5. Treat customer information as confidential, adhering to GDPR and relevant procedures.
  6. Organize multi-agency meetings and capture decisions and key information effectively.
  7. Maintain a high level of knowledge of processes and procedures in own area of work.
  8. Procure goods, services, and supplies as directed by Budget Holders.
  9. Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer service experience.

Requirements:

  • 2 A Levels, NVQ 2/3 in Business Administration (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 12 months recent experience in a similar role, or context, ideally within a public sector organization.
  • Previous experience of working in a customer service and/or administration environment.

Candidates must be able to travel using public or other forms of transport, or by holding a valid UK driving licence with access to own or pool car.
