Paper Acquisition Specialist Role Overview

The Paper Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the efficient and timely procurement of paper stocks. Key responsibilities include:
  1. Ensuring availability of paper stocks to agreed specifications and quality;
  2. Timely invoice receipt and payment approval;
  3. Managing paper related technical claims;
  4. Liaising with paper suppliers and reporting on paper market activity;
  5. Assisting with contract price negotiations;
  6. Managing inventory systems and resolving issues;
This role requires first-class communication skills, numerical ability, and experience in a managerial role. The salary for this position is estimated to be £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.
