Receptionist Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Receptionist to join our team at Adecco. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
- Answer and transfer phone calls in a professional and efficient manner
- Handle packages and mail, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely delivery
- Support the team with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Assist with scheduling meetings and preparing meeting materials
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0-2 years' experience in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
