Job Description
Crisis is a national charity for people experiencing homelessness, and we are seeking an experienced Shop Manager to lead our new Ealing Broadway location. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering our mission to end homelessness.

Role Responsibilities
In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff and volunteers to deliver an outstanding customer experience, creating a vibrant and fun place to shop, work, and volunteer. You will have the autonomy to develop your shop and engage with the community, attracting volunteers and donations locally. Your goal will be to achieve ambitious sales and training targets, maximizing the impact on our mission to end homelessness.

Key Performance Indicators
Your success in this role will be measured by:
  • Sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Team performance and development.
  • Community engagement and partnership building.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in retail management, preferably in a charity or non-profit organization.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
