Are you a highly skilled professional seeking a new challenge in fleet maintenance? LHR, the UK's largest Iveco Dealer Group & Fiat Van dealer, is looking for a German speaking Maintenance Controller to join their team.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in German and have experience working in a fast-paced customer environment. They will be responsible for controlling maintenance, breakdowns, and accidents on various equipment and contracts, ensuring all services and MOTs are planned and completed in line with specific customer and manufacturer requirements.

The role involves:

  • Working as part of a team to provide high-level service delivery
  • Ensuring all incoming calls are answered promptly and in line with service centre terms
  • Liaising with Maintenance Control Manager, Fleet Engineers, Contract Managers, and customers on servicing and MOT requirements
  • Maintaining accurate records through our supplier portal

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in the motor vehicle industry, with compliance knowledge advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with understanding of Maintenance Management Systems beneficial
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A flexible approach to meeting customer needs
