HCA Cancer Network is committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes and supporting the professional development of our staff. We are seeking a talented Senior Nurse to join our Oncology & Medical Ward and contribute to our mission.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and healthcare assistants, developing and implementing care plans, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, including a competitive base salary and benefits package.
Key responsibilities include:
- Clinical leadership: ensuring the highest standards of care in the clinical environment
- Team management: directly managing a team of nurses and healthcare assistants
- Quality improvement: contributing to service development initiatives and quality improvements
- Patient and family support: engaging with patients, families, and carers to ensure compassionate and informed support
