About the Opportunity

This exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Associate Level Building Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Newcastle.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, customer care, managing refurbishment projects, and providing expert advice on building design, construction, maintenance, repair, and refurbishment.

  • Estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop a Project and Building Consultancy offering, working closely with our Newcastle team.
  • They will be responsible for monitoring progress and quality of building work on site, ensuring high-quality results and meeting client expectations.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a relevant degree qualification, preferably RICS approved. Additionally, they should have consultancy experience, preferably with commercial sector project experience.
