About the Position

This role involves working closely with the Curriculum Support Team to provide high-quality support to students with special educational needs. As a Higher Level Teaching Associate, you will be responsible for planning and delivering effective learning activities, assessing pupil progress, and reporting on their development.

  • Must hold at least grade C in GCSE English and Maths or equivalent;
  • Be passionate about delivering engaging educational experiences and supporting students' growth;
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create inclusive learning environments and drive positive student outcomes;
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents;
  • Be a team player with a confident, resilient, and flexible attitude;
  • Experience working in a secondary school environment is highly desirable.
