Job Title: Business Administrator - Maternity Leave Cover

Job Summary:
Ultimate Asset Finance is seeking a skilled Business Administrator to cover a maternity leave position. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing new business, collecting payments, maintaining databases, and performing general administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process pay-outs of new deals
• Be familiar with all aspects of the New Business procedure for new and existing clients
• Carry out the necessary verification exercise for new clients and brokers
• Initial risk assessment following verification
• Manage diary/workload to prioritise tasks in line with expectations
• Accurately maintain clients/facilities on systems
• Liaise with the Asset Finance Team to ensure high levels of risk management and service
