Responsibilities of the Role

Ensure that the unique needs of each child are met, including providing support for parents with any special educational needs. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Take responsibility for the observation, assessment, and planning for your designated children in accordance with EYFS, offering developmentally appropriate next steps. Foster and celebrate children's growth and accomplishments. Most importantly, create an environment filled with joy and engagement.

*Candidates must possess an Early Years Teaching qualification and have prior experience working with children, preferably in a nursery or early years setting.*
