Cellular Origins is a leading company in the field of cell therapy manufacturing, and we are seeking a highly skilled Robotics Team Lead to join our team.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in robotics engineering, with a strong background in designing and developing mobile robotics solutions for cell therapy manufacturing. They will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians to develop and implement robotic automation systems that meet the functional requirements and architecture of our Constellation system.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline, with extensive industry experience and a proven track record of leading multidisciplinary engineering teams. They will also have hands-on experience working with industrial state-of-the-art robotics, including AMRs and 6-DoF arms, and advanced sensing including machine vision.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have high proficiency in Python or C++ and familiarity with CI/CD methods, as well as proficiency in mechanical and electrical engineering. They will also have strong collaborative nature to work alongside and integrate with other technical groups within Cellular Origins and third parties.

As a key member of our team, the Robotics Team Lead will be responsible for developing engineering and testing plans, communicating progress, and ensuring the team is appropriately resourced. They will also be responsible for leading the robotics team to ensure plans are executed on time and to a high quality.
