About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Pastry Chef de Partie to join our Pastry Brigade team. As a Senior Pastry Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for leading the team and ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation in our pastry dishes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Pastry Brigade team and ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Develop and implement new pastry recipes and menus
- Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in all pastry dishes
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative and delicious desserts
- Ensure efficient and effective use of resources and supplies
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as a Senior Pastry Chef de Partie in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients
