Income Officer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Income Officer to join our Customer Accounts team in Newbury, covering the Oxfordshire area for 12 months.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a comprehensive rent and service charge collection service across the region
  • Monitor customer accounts for all tenures
  • Manage end-to-end processes
  • Engage with external agencies, including local authorities, as needed
  • Manage evictions
Requirements:
  • Knowledge and experience of social housing, home ownership, or the private rented sector
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A working knowledge of welfare benefits
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive approach
  • Effective decision-making skills and a diplomatic approach
