Triage Coordinator

Caba is seeking a skilled Triage Coordinator to provide administrative support to our direct support team. The successful candidate will manage multiple enquiry channels, referral forms, and invoices for service users accessing support through our service partners.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the first point of contact for enquiries, confirming service user eligibility, contact details, and consents.
- Deal with service users who may be vulnerable, living with a physical or mental health condition, in financial hardship, long-term sickness, and crisis situations.
- Complete and submit partner referral forms within 2 working days using information on our CRM.
- Answer telephone calls received by the charity, answering queries and redirecting calls in a professional and friendly manner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
