About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Relief Care and Support Assistant to join our team at Kings Place development in Fleet, Hampshire. This role involves providing exceptional individual care to our residents, enabling them to live their later years well.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering housekeeping and domestic support across the general estate, including apartment cleans. They will also support and encourage our residents to participate in various activities that promote their health and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality individual care to residents
  • Deliver housekeeping and domestic support
  • Support residents in participating in activities
  • Book appointments and arrange transport as needed
  • Assist with shopping and escort residents on visits

Requirements:

  • Live within a commutable distance of the estate
  • Experience working in a care or support environment
  • Possession of a QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 2 qualification or equivalent
  • Strong people skills and ability to work as part of a team
