Key Responsibilities:- Provide commercial, contractual, and technical interpretation of contract terms and conditions.
- Lead contractual interactions with customers, representing the Contracts team at meetings and advising on contractual issues.
- Manage and draft customer communications in support of programme delivery.
- Own contract management and compliance activities for the programme.
- Proactively manage customer disputes and complaints.
- Provide timely commercial advice to project and delivery teams.
- Review and develop operational process flows.
- Ensure financial aspects and impact of contracts are clear to all parties.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a pressurized environment.
- Commercially astute with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Extensive experience in managing commercial and contractual elements of contracts.
- Clearance to Start BPSS and Clearance for Role SC HO.
