As a specialist SEN teaching assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our students with SEMH needs, helping them access learning opportunities and achieve their full potential.

Job Description

This term-time only, permanent position comes with a National NJC pay grade Sc5 scale point 11-15, £27,269 – £29,093 (pro rata £23,456 - £25,025) depending on experience.

  • You will be wholly child-centred in your thinking and actions.
  • You will be committed to child protection and take a personal and collective responsibility for all aspects of safeguarding.
  • You will have a creative and flexible approach to working with young people.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with children and young people with SEN needs, including SEMH, while transforming lives through real opportunities to engage in education and personal development.

This appointment is subject to an enhanced DBS check, medical screening, and confirmation of qualifications and references.
