Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of referred customers, providing guidance and support to help them overcome employment barriers.
  • Undertake in-depth assessments to understand customers' circumstances, preferences, and barriers to employment.
  • Achieve customer service standards and quality measures.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A good working knowledge of the local labour market.
  • GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths at Grade C or above.
  • Fully IT literate in using Microsoft Office programmes and modern digital technologies.
  • Experience of working in a target-driven environment and delivering services to meet contractual and quality standards.
