Job Title: Control Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Control Systems Engineer to join our Andretti Cadillac team at the Silverstone facility. As a key member of our Control Systems group, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of control systems for our racing cars.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and calibrate vehicle control systems for trackside events.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot control systems to ensure reliable operation.
  • Collaborate with Race and Performance Engineers to optimize control system performance.
  • Ensure compliance with FIA technical regulations.
  • Resolve control system faults and implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
  • Degree in an engineering discipline.
  • Experience with control system management and calibration.
  • Proficiency in Matlab Simulink and model-based software design.
  • Experience with motorsport data logging systems and automotive electronic systems.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
