Control Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Control Systems Engineer to join our Andretti Cadillac team at our new Silverstone facility. As a key member of our Control Systems group, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of control systems for our racing vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop control systems for racing vehicles, ensuring compliance with FIA technical regulations.
- Collaborate with Race and Performance Engineers to optimize control system performance.
- Monitor and troubleshoot control systems at trackside events, ensuring reliable operation.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for control systems.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and advancements in control systems.
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
- Experience with control systems design and development, preferably in a motorsport environment.
- Proficiency in Matlab Simulink and experience with model-based software design.
- Knowledge of automotive electronic systems, CAN, and sensing technologies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
