This role demands a professional with a strong technical background to provide 3rd line infrastructure support and lead multiple high-impact projects, including Azure migrations, implementations, and comprehensive design solutions for our clients.



About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in 3rd line infrastructure support with a focus on Microsoft technologies. Expertise in Azure migrations, implementations, and administration is essential, as well as proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, and VMware.



A strong understanding of networking principles and technologies (e.g., DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP) is also required, along with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach, are essential for success in this role.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide expert 3rd line infrastructure support, ensuring the stability and efficiency of IT systems.
  • Lead and manage multiple complex projects from inception through to successful completion.
  • Execute Azure migrations, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Design and implement robust, scalable infrastructure solutions tailored to the specific needs of clients.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of processes, configurations, and project milestones.
