Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of experienced manufacturing professionals to deliver high-quality products and services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve manufacturing efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and capital projects.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, environmental, and employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and manage the factory's annual budget and 5-year plan.
- Implement and maintain effective manufacturing systems to drive continuous improvement.
- Work with the factory team to identify and implement opportunities for efficiency and safety improvements.
- Develop new products and services to meet customer needs and stay ahead of market trends.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing leadership role, with a track record of delivering results.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to identify key trends and opportunities.
- Demonstrable application of problem-solving tools and techniques to deliver efficiency improvements.
- Knowledge of current health and safety, environmental, and employment laws and best practices.
- NEBOSH qualified or equivalent.
- Degree or equivalent level qualification.
- Sound engineering knowledge.
