Job Title: Manufacturing Plant Manager

Our client, a leading UK manufacturing organization, is seeking an experienced and driven Manufacturing Plant Manager to lead their factory operations to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a multi-million unit output operation in a continuous process manufacturing environment
  • Ensure products are manufactured to the highest quality standards and produced at the lowest possible cost
  • Manage, motivate, and develop factory manufacturing teams to drive continuous improvement
  • Develop and implement manufacturing systems to deliver efficiency improvements and exceed KPIs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver key projects and develop new products
Requirements:
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills with potential for future growth
  • Proven ability to develop a manufacturing team to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and identify trends
  • Knowledge of current Health and Safety, Environmental, and Employment Laws and best practices
