Key Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for supporting our residents to live happy, healthy, and quality lives through the delivery of exceptional standards and personalised care. This will involve working closely with our team to ensure that every resident receives the best possible care and support.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our residents. As a Night Care Practitioner, you'll be working in a fast-paced environment, supporting our residents with a range of care needs. You'll be part of a close-knit team, working together to deliver exceptional care and support.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a good standard of English and numeracy skills, and a passion for looking after the adults in your care. You'll also need to be able to work flexibly, including night shifts, and be willing to undergo background checks and obtain suitable references.
