Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Sales Lead to join our team as a Channel Growth Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and delivering channel growth plans in 2025 and beyond. You will own the channel P&L as if it were your own, and will be expected to demonstrate commercial acumen, project involvement, and data analysis skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute channel growth plans to drive business growth and revenue
- Manage and analyze data to inform business decisions and optimize channel performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and achieve company goals
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
Requirements
- Significant commercial experience in Sales, Trade Marketing, Category Management, or Purchasing
- Experience in FMCG/Cosmetics or Personal Care, with a focus on UK grocery or High Street account management
- Proficient in using Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
- Excellent account management, organization, and planning skills
