Salary: 35k (47k OTE)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic Telecoms team based in Huddersfield. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in outbound sales, with a strong ability to build rapport, establish trust, and create lasting relationships with potential customers. The On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this position are highly achievable, and we offer a unique benefit of protecting your commission during the first three months. This ensures that you're guaranteed to earn commission from your very first month, giving you a strong start as you build your success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting: Conduct strategic outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to identify and qualify potential leads.
  • Relationship Building: Establish rapport and build strong relationships with potential customers, fostering trust and credibility.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Drive the sales cycle from initial contact to closed deals, effectively managing customer interactions and addressing their needs.
  • Product Demonstrations: Deliver compelling product demonstrations, highlighting the value and benefits of our telecoms solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve shared goals.
Requirements:
  • Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in outbound sales, preferably within the technology industry.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with potential customers.
