About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled sales professional to join our client's Cruise Sales team in Manchester. As a Cruise Sales Consultant, you will be working with a busy and vibrant team, utilizing your sales expertise to achieve specified targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive inbound calls and book clients' chosen cruises
  • Book alternatives, add-ons, upgrades, and offer ancillary products
  • Tailor-make cruise itineraries to meet clients' needs
  • Achieve specified sales conversion targets
  • Advise, facilitate, and assist clients to sell cruises
  • Utilize tools and systems to maximize sales opportunities
  • Identify and act on customers' buying signals
  • Remain aware of current discounts offered and apply them correctly to bookings

Requirements:

  • Travel industry experience, preferably within Cruise, retail, or tour operations
  • A passion for sales and a track record of smashing sales targets
  • A genuine passion for travel and cruising
  • A hunger for sales, passion for product, and great customer service skills
