Cruise Sales Professional

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled sales professional to join our client's Cruise Sales team in Manchester. As a Cruise Sales Consultant, you will be working with a busy and vibrant team, utilizing your sales expertise to achieve specified targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive inbound calls and book clients' chosen cruises
- Book alternatives, add-ons, upgrades, and offer ancillary products
- Tailor-make cruise itineraries to meet clients' needs
- Achieve specified sales conversion targets
- Advise, facilitate, and assist clients to sell cruises
- Utilize tools and systems to maximize sales opportunities
- Identify and act on customers' buying signals
- Remain aware of current discounts offered and apply them correctly to bookings
Requirements:
- Travel industry experience, preferably within Cruise, retail, or tour operations
- A passion for sales and a track record of smashing sales targets
- A genuine passion for travel and cruising
- A hunger for sales, passion for product, and great customer service skills
The Package:
- Salary of £26k including bonus - OTE £40,000 - £45,000
